These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and psl88 ("psl88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the psl88 website at psl88.app and all associated services, games, betting products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) psl88 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your psl88 login credentials. psl88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify psl88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

psl88 may require you to complete identity verification at any point. Requested documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of verification.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

psl88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. 4.2 Currency

All psl88 account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required for PKR transactions. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any psl88 content without express prior written consent from psl88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, psl88, its affiliates, directors, employees, and game provider partners shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by psl88's negligence where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

psl88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating a psl88 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. psl88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as communicated by psl88 at the time. psl88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.
